Brunch!!

Today's brunch was a ' pita sandwich' because I made some pita bread, yesterday.
How to make the pita bread is very easy.


Ingredients:
・200g strong flour
・50g week flour
・150g water
・5g suger
・5g salt
・15g olive oil
・2.5g dry yeast

Throw all ingredients in a bread maker. Wait until the dough is made by bread maker.
And Divide the dough into eight parts. Form eight smooth ball by rolling.
Cover the dough and let rest for 10 minutes.
Press out the dough to form thin round.
Bake with oven at 230℃ for 4minutes.
The dough automatically swell out and pita bread is kept into stockbag while the pita bread is hot.
This process make moist pita bread.
Cut the pita bread in half and fill meat and salad inside the pocket.
