Today's dinner menu is 'Butter chicken curry', 'Tandoori chicken', 'naan' and 'salad'. This curry souce tasted really, reallly good!!!!! I want to study how to making this curry souce! This 'Tandoori chickcen' was the best recipe which I had made . I did rather well for making 'naan', too. Today's dinner was Perfect!
Ingradients and Directions of tandoori chicken:
1. In the bowl, mix 200g yoghurt, 2.5cm grated ginger, some grated garlic, 2 tablespoon lemmon juice, 1 tablespoon paprika powder, 1 tablespoon coriander powder, 1tablespoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder, 5~6 ground green cardamom.
2. Cut the chicken and marinate in the yoghurt souce at least 2 hours.
3. Heat the oven at 230~250℃ and bake chicken with some butter for 30~40 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and serve.
Ingradients and Directions of naan:
1. In the bowl, mix 200g strong flour and 100g weak flour. Make a hole in the center and put 1 teaspoon dry-yeast and 2 teaspoon sugar. Put 1/4 teaspoon salt out of a hole.
2. Pour 90~100g little warm water and 2 tablespoon olive oil to a hole. Gradually mix and make knead the dough by hands until it comes together.
3. Coverd with rap, let rest the dough at 40℃.
4. Punch the dough down, divide the dough 3 parts. Form shape of naan and bake the both side with saute pan coverd the lid for few mimutes.
