I hald a lesson of 'sanshin' in this morning at Kawasaki. After end of the lesson, I went to have '餃子' of '山東' after a long interval. I had a good time!
So, I made home-made 'gyoza' for this dinner as I inspired today's lunch.
It tasted okey, but I have room of improvement....
