Today, a festival was hold in a shrine near my house. Many many peaple visited this place and it was very very crowded. In this place, '御神楽' was played. It was fun and very interesting for me. It is very valuable for traditional Japanese culture.

23th, September
Today, we went to eat ramen of '阿闍梨' in Hadano. It taste goooood. It was dericious! This ramen is fish and right taste. But, I don't need 'kakiage' added in spetial ajyari ramen.
19th, September
Today was our last trip day. We had to go back, but we visited '白糸の滝' on our way home. Having same nane waterfall is everywhere, I think.. This place waterfall was small, but I was able to take very beautiful photoes!
By the way, the camera of galaxy s is amaging. It can take more beautiful photoes than actually looking...

Today, we played golfing in prince holel in Karuizawa. It was sunny today, and this place was very very beautiful!
Today's dinner was cuisine of Germany. It wa first time for me to have 'Eisbein'. It was wonderful!!

9 May dinner 'Healthy meal'
Today's dinner is healthy meal because we had eaten too much for Golden week. The menu is 'Raw fish salad', 'Steamed chicken salad', 'Nameko miso soup' and 'Brown rice'.

3 May dinner ' Butter chicken curry'
I tried to make 'Butter chicken curry' because it was deliciou curry that my coworker gave me as souvenir.I bought some indian spices for this time. It tasted good, but I should reduce a little of bit a dose of spices next time. And I used a lot of butter for making it. I felt I gained weight... I should control to eat this curry two or three times per year. This rice is jasmin rice.

2 April dinner 'Homemade sausages and corn spaghetti'
Today's dinner menu is 'Homemade sausages and corn spaghetti' and 'smoked chicken salad'.

30 April 'Homemade sausages'!
I have been wanting to make 'homemade sausages'. Finally, I tried to make them!! I bought a big cut of pig rib, and I tried to mince the meat with a food processor. However, the food processor couldn't mince the fatty meat. So, I rushed to buy a mincer. I tried to mince the meat with the mincer, and I managed to do it.. I should have minced the lean meat and fat separately. I made three kinds of sausages using the minced meat.
1. 'White sausage'
600g minced meat, 1g natmeg powder, 1g sage powder, 1g laurel powder, 1g black pepper, and an adequate dose of fresh thyme, fresh parsely and lemon balm, 10g salt
2. 'Smoked sausage and choriso'
600g minced meat, 1g natmeg powder, 1g sage powder, 1g laurel powder, 1g black pepper, 1g thyme poder, 10g salt *mix these ingredients and divide in half. To one side, add an adequate dose of indian paprika.
After mixing all ingredients well, mix while slowly adding cold water and egg white. The meat is stuffed into a casing. No.1 sausages are boiled at 70~80℃, No.2 sausages are smoked. I smoked the cheese and the salmon at the same time. This picture don't show the 'White sausage'. We ate the sausage before taking this picture because it was too delicious!!

29 April 'BBQ'!
Today is the holiday! It is warm and sunny day!! So, we wet shopping for buying some meat at COSTCO in Kawasaki, and barbecued in my house at evening. The BBQ was really delicious. It felt so good to eat outside!
